Frequently Asked Questions

Know Before You Go!

Any time is a great time to visit! To help our guests have the best experience possible and reduce crowding, we limit the number of tickets sold and reduce queuing by having guests preselect an entrance time.  We recommend buying tickets online in advance to guarantee your preferred entry time.

If your schedule is flexible, we encourage guests to visit on weekday afternoons & evenings to enjoy a quieter experience. You can expect more guests in the aquarium during the morning, weekends and holidays.

When booking your ticket, you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry into the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like!

You may request a date change up to 24 hours before your original visit date/time by contacting us at: Sales@sealifeus.com

  1. Include your order confirmation number (usually starts with a "6")
  2. Specify a new visit date and time for us to check into

If it's the day of your visit and you need to come at a different time, we'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible! Please show your original ticket at the gate and our team will get you into the aquarium as soon as capacity allows.

If you have a Gift Ticket with flexible entry or another ticket without a scheduled entry time, please bring these tickets to our “Guest Service Desk” on the date you wish to visit to be exchanged for a timed ticket. No prior reservation necessary.

If guests’ travel plans were arranged by a third-party, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, or other businesses independent of SEA LIFE, they will need to contact those suppliers directly to understand their policies and any applicable fees for changing or canceling a reservation.

Use your valid promo code or gift code online by following the instructions here.

To help our guests have the best experience possible and minimize queueing, we limit the total number of tickets sold at each entry time. There may also be a limit reached for the type of ticket or promotion you have selected. Available dates and entry times will be listed in the booking portal.
