
Tips for Visiting Potter Park Zoo
Potter Park Zoo is home to more than 500 creatures, representing more than 160 different species! Observe unique animals in their outdoor habitats or enjoy the indoor Bird & Reptile House and Feline/Primate building. Then, visit the Farmyard EdVentures area to interact to take a break from exploring the zoo and interact with farmyard friends!

5 Tips for Visiting
- Bring masks -- masks are currently required (as of Oct 2021) to enter any building or indoor exhibit. Disposable masks are available for purchase at the zoo gate.
- Wheelchairs, wagons and strollers are available for rent
- Wings of Wonder, Keeper Talks and the contact area for Farmyard EdVenture are open on weekends only
- There's a cute restaurant located inside the zoo with a shaded seating area
- Ingham County residents receive discounted ticket and parking rates
