For a school visit to SEA LIFE London Aquarium, most teachers should plan for 1.5 to 2 hours onsite. This allows your class to move comfortably through all main zones, including the Ocean Tunnel, Rainforest, and Antarctic areas, with time for observation, worksheets, and discussion.
If you’d like students to spend longer exploring specific species, or you’re visiting with younger groups who may move more slowly, consider allowing 2 to 2.5 hours.
Shorter visits of 1 to 1.5 hours can also work well if you’re combining your trip with another attraction, such as the London Eye, or focusing on a particular topic or zone.
