Panther chameleon
The panther chameleon, native to Madagascar, stands out for its spectacular range of colors. It uses them mainly to communicate, reflecting its mood or level of dominance.
It has nearly 360° vision thanks to its independently moving eyes, and an ultra-fast tongue capable of catching prey in milliseconds. Adapted to life in trees, it moves with ease using its prehensile tail and specialized feet.
