Aussie Animal Passport Photography Competition

1. Entries open Friday 27th September and close Sunday 13th October 2024

2. How to enter this competition forms part of the overall terms and conditions.

• Snap a photo of an animal at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium or WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.
• Follow @sealifesydneyaquarium and @wildlifesydneyzoo on Instagram.
• Post your entry on Instagram and tag us! Use the hashtag #AussieAnimalPassport

3. One lucky person will win a Platinum Family Merlin Annual Pass (2 Adults & 2 Children). 

4. Prize is not redeemable for cash or other offers. 

5. The Photography Competition is open to guests of all ages who visit SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo between 27/09/2024 and 13/10/2024. Only entries that are received in accordance with these Competition Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period will be eligible for entry.

6. (Merlin employees and their families are not eligible to enter this competition)

7. Merlin Entertainment reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and personal details concerning entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

8. Each photographer retains copyright of their images. The entrant provides Merlin Entertainments authorisation to display, print, and distribute their photographs for the sole purpose of promoting this competition, use on our website and social media platforms. 

9. The entrant must be the creator of any images they enter into the competition.

10. The entrant must be the copyright owner of any images they enter into the competition.

11. Entries will be shortlisted by staff of Merlin Entertainments.

12. A panel of staff of Merlin Entertainments will judge the shortlisted entries and vote on a winner.

13. Judges' decisions are final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
