What better way to celebrate your loved ones than with Signature Dining at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium? Set to an exquisite marine backdrop, feel like a VIP and enjoy our new restaurant-style, fine dining experience, in a venue like no other.
Including a self-guided tour, three course dinner, drinks in an intimate dinner location, across two zones of the Aquarium. Dine in the heart of Jurassic Seas or Shipwreck zone. Each zone will mesmerise you as hundreds of creatures cruise before your eyes.
This is an 18+only experience and children will not be permitted entry in order to maintain the exclusive date-night experience.

Availability
- This experience will run every second Friday of the month.
- This experience will be available monthly from January – October.
- Bookings will be made available one month in advance on the first Wednesday of each month.
- Dates cannot be requested. Special nights may be made available outside of the set dates, subscribe to our mailing list to receive these updates.

When You Arrive
- Please arrive promptly at the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium entrance at the time displayed on your ticket.
- Ensure you have ID and ticket ready for check-in.
- The experience time is 5:45pm-8:30pm.
- Further details regarding menu, dietaries and arrivals instructions will be provided after booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellation with a full refund will be permitted up to 10 working days prior to your experience date, if cancellation for a booking occurs less than 10 working days prior to the experience date the full payment will be retained.
Guests must arrive promptly at the time displayed on their ticket. After 5:50pm the doors will be closed. For any delays, please call the staff on the number provided after booking and they may grant late entry, the experience will not be extended past the original finish time.
We aim to cater to all dietary requests, please contact us with any requirements at least 5 working days prior to confirmation of your booking. Unfortunately, any requests made on the night may not be able to be accommodated.
The experience includes 1 x entrée, 1 x main and 1 x shared dessert. This is a set menu – additional food items cannot be arranged for this experience.
This is an 18+ experience only.
Additional guests may be added at an additional cost on some evenings. To book more than 2 x guests, please contact the Merlin Events team directly.
