Pre-book a time slot

Due to current capacity restrictions we now require you to pre-book before you visit and attend the aquarium on their selected date only. You must have a pre-booked time slot to enter on the day. Pre-book for the aquarium here and we will SEA you soon!

Changing your ticket date

To change your ticket date click here. 

Terms and conditions: 

• Total of 3 changes in total to the ticket booking
• Date can be changed up to 7 days prior to the original date
• Tickets may only be moved to a date of the same rate or lower
• Any promotions specific with booking dates will only be able to move into another date within that promotion 
• Tickets bought through the kiosks are not currently included. Contact our team to change dates on these. 

Pre-book for other attractions

If you have purchased a multiple attraction pass you will also need to pre-book a time slot for each attraction you plan on visiting. Book your time slots below. For more information regarding multiple attraction passes click here. 

We are now open Thursdays - Mondays 10am - 4pm (last entry 3pm). During the school holidays we are open 7 days a week. See opening hours details here
