SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium's newest Little Penguin chick is continuing to thrive at Southcoast Shipwreck! This little fluffball has won the hearts of the Marine Biologists since hatching. Find out more about Darling Harbour's newest resident:
- Hatched: 27 August 2015
- Weighs: 1.02kg when weighed on 7th October
- Sex: Still to be determined
- Personality: This hatchling is very inquisitive and loves checking out its surroundings and getting tummy scratches from its carers. Our Marine Biologists are currently training the chick to hand feed, which is incredibly important when caring for penguins as it assists in health checks, and is currently fed (small!) whole fish three times daily.
