Reserve your time slot for guaranteed admission

We can guarantee the admission only with an online ticket for a booked time slot or a time slot reservation. The time slot is already part of the online ticket, no further reservation is necessary. All other ticket types require a time slot reservation.

We have capacity limits which we ensure by pre-booking. If a day can no longer be booked, we have no more capacity on that day. In this case please select another day for your visit.

You need to book a time slot if:

• you have a free ticket
• you are an annual pass holder
• you want to use a promotion code or voucher
• you have a child under 2 years
