Access guarantee
We can guarantee the admission only with an online ticket for a booked time slot or a time slot reservation.
The time slot is already part of the online ticket, no further reservation is necessary. All other ticket types require a time slot reservation.
You need to book a time slot if:
- you have a free ticket
- you are an annual pass holder
- you want to use a promotion code or voucher
- you have a child under 2 years
Premium products
Some of our experiences can only be booked online. We do not offer these premium products at our box office.

Desired entry time
You can secure your online ticket in advance for your preferred admission time.
Please note: We have capacity limits which we ensure by pre-booking. If a day can no longer be booked, we have no more capacity on that day. In this case please select another day for your visit.
Price advantages
We guarantee: On ‘popular days’ (weekends, public holidays, bridge days and during the Bavarian school holidays) you will always pay a lower price online than on site at our ticket office.
