- Small Rockpool Shrimps prefer to live in the Atlantic Ocean, the North Sea, the Mediterranean and the Black Sea. There they live in tidal pools and can be found near seagrass or algae.
- Their bodies are often glassy or transparent with darker, transverse stripes or spots that help camouflage them in their rocky habitat.
- Our experts will introduce you to the "hard-working" Rockpool Shrimps at the Explorer Area! If you carefully place your hand in the tank, the shrimps can clean your fingers of old skin cells. But be careful - it can really tickle!
