Pram Reservation & Elevator Closure Information

Important updates regarding pram/stroller reservation and elevator closures 2025

To our valued guests,
We are committed to continuously improving our guest experience at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. As part of these efforts, the second lift/elevator will be undergoing refurbishment from Monday 6th October, through Friday 19th December 2025.
During this time, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation:
  • The remaining lift/elevator will be prioritised for guests with mobility needs to ensure their visit remains accessible and enjoyable.
  • Guests wishing to bring prams/strollers will need to pre-book an allocated timeslot as we have reduced pram/stroller capacity during this time. The Pram Reservation option is available on all admission ticket types at checkout.
  • Our team will be on hand throughout the aquarium to assist and guide you as needed.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to enhance our facilities for everyone’s benefit.
Thank you for your support, and we look forward to welcoming you soon!
