Lift Closure Information

Important updates regarding lift closure 2025

To our valued guests,

We are committed to continuously improving our guest experience at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. As part of these efforts, Lift 1 will be undergoing refurbishment from Saturday 3rd February, through Thursday 4th April.

During this time, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation:

  • The remaining lift will be prioritised for guests with mobility needs to ensure their visit remains accessible and enjoyable.
  • Guests with prams will be able to pre-book an allocated timeslot as we have reduced pram capacity during this time. The pram time-slot option is available on all admission ticket types at checkout.
  • Our team will be on hand throughout the aquarium to assist and guide you as needed.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to enhance our facilities for everyone’s benefit.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to welcoming you soon!
