Booking Your School Visit
- Fill out the reservation form and we'll get back to you with availability within 48 hours.
- While you finalise your school trip we will hold your booking as provisional
- We'll send you a confirmation form to fill out 21 days before your trip.
- Make your payment Via your chosen payment method
- Once you've paid, you'll receive your tickets and an invoice via email
- You will need to use this option if you'd like to book a combination ticket.
- Choose the amount of tickets
- Pick your date/time and Check your order
- Make your payment Via Debit or Credit Card
- Receive your tickets + Pre Visit info Via email
- Choose this option if your visit is within 14 days
- Bookings through this option are non-refundable and non-transferable
Important Information...
Schools should undertake full and thorough risk assessments in relation to their educational visits to SEA LIFE Loch Lomond Aquarium to ensure it can be undertaken safely. You can download our supporting risk assessment here.
If you require further information on any of our packages please contact our booking team on 01389 722318. We'll be more than happy to provide all the information you need to ensure you and your students have a memorable, inspiring experience.
Please keep in mind that if you book through our reservation system, our response time may be delayed during peak season due to high demand for our attractions. We accept payments via bank transfer and card, but we do not accept payment by cheque. After receiving your invoice, you will have 15 days to complete your payment for your visit.
Please be advised once you confirm the provisional booking and final numbers, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please do not turn up at our attractions with a provisional booking, we can only admit schools who have received their tickets.

If you would like to visit on then a school group you can take advantage of discounted Super Peak School rates at £15 per pupil, 1 teacher will go free for every 10 pupils.
