SEA LIFE's Christmas season kicks off on Thursday, December 5th, when Eerik the electric eel lights up the Christmas tree as per tradition. During the holiday event, you can enjoy a variety of festive activities, such as the rays' Independence Day feast, the setting up of a Christmas tree in the Rescue Pool on Conservation Island, an ocean tank cleanup, and New Year’s predictions by an octopus. And what happens when Turo, the impatient giant Pacific octopus, gets his Christmas present well before the big day? Throughout December, SEA LIFE offers delightful holiday-themed events and surprises The Christmas calendar is opened every day in our exhibition at 11 AM! December 5th
The event begins when Eerik, the electric eel living in the Igapo Rainforest, lights up the Christmas tree at 2:00 PM.
December 6th
Finland's Independence Day = Happy day for the rays! They’ll be treated to algae cookies in the Ray tank at 1:00 PM.
December 7th
Dress up christmassy for your SEA LIFE visit and receive a fun reward.
December 8th
Meet Sharky in festive attire at the Ocean Tank on Sundays at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
December 9th
It’s Christmas card day at SEA LIFE! Write a lovely card to a friend, and we’ll post it for you.
December 11th
Animal keepers will collect shark egg cases from the tank.
December 13th
Grab a friend and relax in the tropics after the workweek! Buy tickets with discounted price of 32e/2 adults and continue with mulled wine at the cozy lounge of our neighbor, Folks Hotel Konepaja.
December 14th
Turo, the giant Pacific octopus, gets a quirky Christmas gift well in advance of Christmas! Join us at SEA LAB at 12:00 PM.
December 15th

Dress up christmassy for your SEA LIFE visit and receive a fun reward.
December 18th
A Christmas elf will dive into the Ocean Tank at 12:00 PM to perform the annual holiday cleaning.

It’s almost time for the big day! Turo, the giant Pacific octopus, enjoys a festive Christmas meal at SEA LAB at 12:00 PM.

Merry Christmas! SEA LIFE is closed as our aquatic residents settle down for their holiday rest.
December 26th
Happy Boxing Day! The Arowana tank will be fed at 1:30 PM and Rays get their own meal at 3 PM
December 28th
Meet an aquarist and ask your most pressing fish questions! The aquarist will answer questions at the seahorse tank at 12:15 PM.
December 29th
