Did you know?
Brighton Aquarium was conceived and designed by Eugenius Birch, the architect responsible for the West Pier. Work began in 1869 and the aquarium opened in 1872 making us the oldest continually operating aquarium in the world!

Discover the wonder under Brighton
Visited with a friend last week and had a brilliant time. We also did the glass bottom boat experience with Rio which was great. She was very knowledgeable and told us loads about the types of fish that live in the tank which made it really worthwhile.
