FAQs

The SEA LIFE Berlin is barrier-free and has an elevator which makes all levels accessible. Of course there is also a corresponding WC, which can be used with a wheelchair.

All visitors with a "B" in their disabled pass may bring along an accompanying person free of charge. A ticket is necessary for yourself. Of course you can buy this ticket with our online discount in the online store.

Since our aquarium is housed exclusively in the building, your visit is independent of the weather and is great fun at any time of the year - protected from rain and snow and sheltered from the sun on hot days!

Dogs are not allowed in all the attractions, this might scare some of our residents. However, we make an exception for guide dogs.

The SEA LIFE Berlin is naturally barrier-free and child-friendly. The entrance for infants under two years is free of charge.

For which age group is the SEA LIFE Berlin suitable?

The most fun to visit is for children between the ages of 4-11 years, but of course this depends on the interests of the children and can be very exciting for some older children.
Did you know: Many of our tanks and aquariums are ground level, so the little ones have a clear view of our residents.

WCs and baby changing facilities
The SEA LIFE Berlin is equipped with 2 toilet areas, which you will find at the beginning of the exhibition. There are no other toilets in the exhibition. Changing facilities are also available at the WCs.

Baby carriage

For space reasons there is no possibility to park the baby carriage at the entrance. However, if necessary, you can take it with you into the aquarium because of the barrier-free construction. Please be considerate of other guests and make sure that they also have a free view of our tanks.

Please note that children under the age of 15 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.

As part of your trip to the magical underwater world, take the opportunity to take a thrilling photo next to some of the most exciting underwater animals. Capture the memories of meeting dangerous sharks and other surprises from the oceans. You can't hide this photo from your friends later and show them what an exciting day you had among some of the most notorious creatures of the seas.

Please make sure to turn off the flash, as it might frighten our residents.
