Sea Turtle Rescue

Kelly Tarltons set up a Turtle Rehabilitation Programme in 1991, to rescue and rehabilitate injured sea turtles back to health. Since then we have released 30 turtles back into the wild.

 

There are currently three young green sea turtles at Kelly Tarlton's, who were recovered in 2013, and have been nursed back to health.

 

These turtles will be released back into the sea in early March, where they could potentially live for another hundred years.
