In line with NZ Governent's latest COVIE-19 announcement moving Auckland to Level 3 step 2, allowing public facilities to re-open; we will be open to the public with strict health and safety measures from Thursday 11th November 2021.

Our mission is to create truly memorable experience and we place the utmost importance on the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees. We have a range of health and safety measures in place that seek to reduce the risk associated with the presence of COVID-19. There are in line with government advice and the requirements of local health authorities.

It’s essential that you pre-book your tickets online as we have reduced the daily ticketed capacity.  That includes all ticket types such as Open-dated tickets, Annual Pass holders.

The wearing of Face mask coverings is required in this facility.
