We are happy to annouce that due to alternative power, Kelly Tarlton's is open as normal. During the outage our animals we well looked after and all parts of the aquarium are open.
If you experience any issues with booking online, please come to the aquarium ticket desk, and you will be able to pay the online price.
How did the power outage affect the animals?
In the event of a power outage such as yesterday, Kelly Tarlton's SEA LIFE Aquarium activated an external emergency power supply system dedicated to maintaining power for critical systems on-site, such as emergency lighting and the life support systems for our animal displays. Please be assured that the welfare of the animals was not affected by this power outage.
